Things to Do This Weekend: Turn Saved Events and Places Into Plans
The concert poster, the market you saw on TikTok, the exhibit that closes Sunday. How to stop missing things you saved, with iOS 27 and Captr.
The short answer: Most people already have a full list of weekend plans. It's spread across screenshots of posters, saved TikToks about markets and pop-ups, and posts about exhibits that close on Sunday. Put the dated ones on your calendar the moment you save them, and keep the rest on a map. With what's built into your iPhone
- Add an event from a screenshot. On iPhone 15 Pro or later, use Visual Intelligence in the full-screen screenshot preview to add the event to Calendar.
- Add a whole lineup at once. In iOS 27, a photographed schedule, like a festival lineup, can become several calendar events in one go.
- Places in Apple Maps. Save places to a Guide, such as "Weekend ideas."
These work well at the moment you save something. They don't help with the saves already sitting in your camera roll and your TikTok and Instagram saves.
With Captr
